Trick or Treat?

If you plan to "trick or treat" with your children or grandchildren, consider this opportunity to bless others.  Come by the Children's Wing desk and pick up a Habitat for Humanity house, and collect loose change as you go.  As our church is participating in a Habitat build sometime soon, this is a way the children can be involved.  Our children are so blessed.  Use every opportunity you can to teach them to think about others, and the bigger world they live in.  They will be more thankful for their own house, neighbors and neighborhood if you help them to understand that in many places, for many children, a roof over their heads is optional, much less candy and costumes.
