Parish Outreach

The Parish Outreach Ministry of Christ Church supports various ministries in the community and beyond. While there are various avenues for outreach at Christ Church, funds for local organizations and projects are allocated by the Parish Outreach Team. The ministry's goal is to assess the various needs identified in the community as well as the different requests received. It is then decided what help can be provided. At times the financial gifts are of an ongoing nature such as those provided to Sav-a-Life, The Shoulder, The Home of Grace for Women, Metro Ministries, and other local ministries that make a difference in the lives of families in the Mobile/Baldwin County area. At other times, a one time donation may be needed for a particular organization such as a local mission outreach or to help during a time of financial crisis. It is also intended that hands-on outreach ministry is incorporated for participation by the entire faith community of Christ Church.
