Office Volunteers

Even when fully staffed, the church office must regularly rely on volunteers for certain office functions. There is an ongoing flow of special projects of all sizes that require more manpower than is available on the office staff. There is also a need for additional assistance during staff vacation times.

Working in the church office is not office work alone; it is also an opportunity to minister to Christ Church members and the general public. Those who work in the office are often the first contact some people have with the church, and can set the tone for their experience. As we work unto the Lord, we strive for excellent service.

We have developed a team of volunteers, but would like to add more who are interested in serving in this office ministry. Tasks may include reception/telephone duties, assisting with publications, preparing materials or lists for mailing, filing, etc. Some functions may be regularly scheduled while others will be on an as needed/as available basis.
